Citizen Advisor Training and Outreach
Kampong
Cham Training Group, October 2007
Each round of the
project trains five groups of 30 citizen advisors (CA’s) at a four day
training course on victim and witness protection and participation. Each
citizen advisor then holds a ½ day workshop in 16 different villages. If
30 villagers attend each session, then information is being exchanged with over
57,000 rural Cambodians during each round of the project. The first round
of training and outreach is focused on ‘Victim Participation
at the ECCC’.
The outline
